Mixed Bag Cardio / Trim and Tone

We have combined two of our most popular classes into one! Get your sweat on with a combination of classic aerobic movement, kickboxing drills, and plyometrics. Then we will keep the caloric burn going as we use hand weights and bands to trim and tone from head to toe. Please bring hand weights, a floor mat, a small towel, and water to each class. Dynabands available for purchase from the instructor.

Strictly Cardio

The main focus of this class is to increase your heart rate through a series of mid-impact and high-impact aerobic movements thus helping you burn fat and calories while keeping the heart healthy too! The cardio portion of the class will be followed with strength training exercises and a relaxing stretch. Please bring a floor mat, small towel, hand weights, and water.

Total Body Toning

An all over strength/resistance training class that emphasizes on building lean muscle mass. By building lean muscle mass your body naturally burns more calories even when you are not working out. In addition, having greater muscular fitness improves your ability to perform daily activities and can have positive effects on your self-esteem. Please bring a floor mat, small towel, hand weights, and water.

Mixed Bag Cardio

A combination of classic aerobic dance fused with lower body kickboxing circuits, plus plyometrics. For those who need a quick, yet effective workout, this 45 minute fat burning class will get your heart pumping while strengthening all of your larger muscle groups. Please bring a floor mat, hand weights + DynaBand, small towel, and water.

Upper Body + Abs

Pick up those weights and get ready to follow a series of upper body strengthening exercises that will have you feeling proud to show off your toned arms and shoulders. Then keep those weights handy as we focus on core exercises which will target internal/external abs and oblique’s, plus lower back strengthening work. (will include pilates). Please bring a floor mat, hand weights + DynaBand, small towel and water.
