MOST OFTEN ASKED QUESTIONS What should I bring with me to class? Always be sure to bring a floor mat, hand weights & DynaBand, a small towel, and plenty of water. It is also important to wear comfortable clothing and shoes. How old do you need to be to take a class? Classes are offered for those who are 18+ (under 18 with a parents consent). The fact that the classes have a wide range of ages is what makes them so inspiring. I haven’t worked out in awhile; I am worried I won’t be able to keep up. Don’t let “group classes” intimidate you, everyone has different fitness levels. These classes are designed to build on your current level of fitness and gradually develop it to meet your long term goals. Everyone has to start somewhere. I want to sign up but am not sure which class I should take and how many? It is so important to determine which class “type” will interest you the most. While any exercise is better than none at all you might as well pick a class that will peak your interest. Ideally one should work out 3-7x per week for at least 30 minutes. Mixing it up is always a good way to keep it interesting as well. Getting cardio exercise, such as aerobics, in addition to weight and resistance training is key to reaching optimum fitness.
