INTRO TO STOTT PILATES - 4 weeks

Learn basic Pilates moves that strengthen the muscles that support your spine, bringing balance to your body. This workout will help realign the spine in order to decrease tension while increasing flexibility. In this class you will strengthen the body from the inside out. Please bring a floor mat, water, and a small towel.
