STOTT PILATES - 7 weeks

This mind body exercise class has been designed to introduce preparatory, essential and intermediate level exercises that will be the key to helping you to become more aware of the benefits of pilates exercise.
This class builds on the essence of the late Joseph H. Pilates' work by incorporating modern knowledge about the body. Develop longer, leaner muscles, core strength and stability, better posture and improved balance and coordination.
