BODY SCULPT and TONE - 7 weeks

An all over strength and resistance training class that emphasizes on building “lean muscle mass”. By building lean muscle mass your body naturally burns more calories even when you are not working out. In addition, having greater muscular fitness improves your ability to perform daily activities and can have positive effects on your self-esteem.
